Shipping & Returns


Please allow 3-5 business days to process your orders.  Orders for Canadian destinations should be shipped to you within 3-5 business days after processing.  Orders for US destinations should be shipped to you within 10-14 business days after processing. 

All orders are shipped via major couriers that include Canada Post, UPS, Canpar and Purolator. We may use other reputable shipping couriers as well. 

We offer online shipping to customers across North America.

If you spend $75 (before tax) or more, you will receive free shipping.  For purchases with a subtotal of less than $75 (before tax), you will be charged a standard shipping fee for Canadian and US destinations.  

You will receive a notification with tracking details sent to the email address provided at checkout.


In situations where you are unhappy with an item you have purchased, we can accept returns of unopened products up to 14 days after the date of purchase. Opened or used products, or any items marked as non-refundable/Final sale are not within our return guidelines. We are currently unable to accept returns from US locations.

Please email us at to initiate your return from the email address used to make your purchase, along with a picture of the unopened and unused item(s) and the shipping label. Please also send the order number.  You will receive a response within 3-5 business days.  For eligible returns that meet the above requirements, a prepaid shipping label will be provided to you within 3-5 days of your email, to facilitate the return of the item(s) to us.  

PLEASE NOTE We cannot accept any returns from products in the following categories:

  • All PPE Face Masks (re-usable and disposable)
  • All Food & Snacks (incl. pantry items, beverages, candy)
  • Baby Food
  • All Diapers (Disposable & Cloth)
  • Infant Formula
  • Nutritional Drinks
  • Re-usable feminine pads
  • Salt Lamps
  • Bedding Accessories
  • Temperature-controlled products
  • Compression Stockings
  • Support & Braces
  • Ostomy Products
  • Perishable goods
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Clearance Items
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Any personal hygiene products
  • Flammable or hazardous materials
  • Items which have been removed from their original packaging, assembled or modified
  • Any items marked as non-returnable on the product page
Once we have received and inspected the item(s), and we are satisfied the item(s) is eligible to be returned, a full refund will be issued to your original form of payment, within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item(s). You will receive an email confirmation on the date the refund is issued.

PLEASE NOTE that once your refund is issued, it may take up to 7-10 business days for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.
